Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscription payments made to N&P Soft, operating as TrackNCloak ("Company", "we", "us") at trackncloak.com ("Service").
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
- Account settings: Navigate to Workspace → Billing in your dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription."
- Email: Send a cancellation request to help@trackncloak.com from the email address associated with your account.
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing period expires.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
- Your data (campaigns, cloak rules, reports) will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, during which you can resubscribe to regain access.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. This 7-day refund window applies only to your first subscription payment and cannot be used for subsequent billing cycles.
2.2 No Refund After 7 Days
After the 7-day window has passed, subscription payments are non-refundable. Since the Service provides immediate access to digital tools upon payment, refunds for partially used billing periods are generally not available.
2.3 Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in the following circumstances:
- Service outage: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 continuous hours) due to issues within our control, we may issue a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same billing period due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe an unauthorized charge was made, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized.
- Account termination by us: If we terminate your account without cause (not due to a Terms of Service violation), we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the billing period.
2.4 No Refund for Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any remaining portion of the billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to help@trackncloak.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment (INR).
- Any currency conversion fees or bank charges incurred during the original payment are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the cardholder.
5. Plan Changes
5.1 Upgrades
When upgrading from Cloaker (₹2,499/mo) to Full Tracker (₹6,499/mo), you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in the current billing cycle. The new plan takes effect immediately.
5.2 Downgrades
When downgrading from Full Tracker to Cloaker, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the current cycle; you retain access to all features until the cycle ends.
6. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial does not involve any payments and therefore is not subject to this Refund Policy.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution. We will cooperate with the payment processor to resolve any disputes.
